        管式離心機用于別離各種難于別離的懸浮液

        遼陽(yáng)管式離心機的效果原理有兩種:離心過(guò)濾和離心沉淀。離心過(guò)濾是由懸浮液在離心力場(chǎng)中發(fā)生的離心壓力,效果于過(guò)濾介質(zhì),使液體經(jīng)過(guò)過(guò)濾介質(zhì)變成濾液,在過(guò)濾介質(zhì)表面截留固體顆粒,然后完成液固別離。離心沉降是根據離心力場(chǎng)中不同懸浮密度組分的快速沉降和分層原理。GQ-澄清型管式離心機,特別是適合于濃度低、固液比重度差較小的固液別離、各種糖漿劑的別離、生物制品的別離。如:絮狀物多、固相顆粒細且固液比重差較小等。

        經(jīng)過(guò)本機對液體中的固相雜質(zhì)別離,用于別離各種難于別離的懸浮液。特別適用于固體濃度小粘度大,固相顆粒細,固體比重差小的固液別離。固相要停機后取出。遼陽(yáng)管式離心機主要缺陷是間歇操作。轉鼓容積小。所以要經(jīng)過(guò)加強別離理論研討和離心別離進(jìn)程研討來(lái)強化管式離心機別離性能。

        當含有細小顆粒的懸浮液靜置不動(dòng)時(shí),因為重力場(chǎng)的效果使得懸浮的顆粒逐漸下沉。粒子越重,下沉越快,反之密度比液體小的粒子就會(huì )上浮。微粒在重力場(chǎng)下移動(dòng)的速度與微粒的大小、形狀和密度有關(guān),并且又與重力場(chǎng)的強度及液體的粘度有關(guān)。象紅血球大小的顆粒,直徑為數微米,就可以在一般重力效果下觀(guān)察到它們的沉降進(jìn)程。
